The Building Blocks for Agile Transformation

Appian is holding special technical training sessions at Appian World 2017 in San Francisco, California.

Focused on the building blocks for Agile and Digital Transformation, this training will provide attendees the opportunity to:

  • Learn about Human-Centered Design and the Agile Risk Management (ARM) Framework
  • Get access to strategies and tactics that can be implemented immediately
  • Get hands-on instruction on how to transform your business into an agile development success story
  • Understand the 4-phase methodology: frame, discovery, design, and deliver

A certificate will be awarded to those that successfully complete both days of the training.

Training will be facilitated by Agile Six, a third-party firm which has supported agile transformation at Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and other federal agencies. Agile Six has extensive experience in training on this subject matter, with a unique focus on agile transformation for IT.

This special technical training is an addition to the Appian World Agenda. Cost to attend the training is $100. To take advantage of this opportunity, you must register for Appian World.
